Environment Furniture Privacy Policy

The following Privacy Policy outlines the information Environment Furniture, Inc. (“Environment") may collect and how Environment may use that information to better serve visitors to www.environmentfurniture.com (the “Site”) and the services provided through or accessed on the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Children Under the Age of 13

Environment does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Site from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the Site is directed to persons under 13. 3. How Environment Uses Your Information

The personally identifiable information Environment collects is securely stored within Environment’s database, and Environment uses standard, industry-wide practices such as encryption, firewalls and (in some certain areas) SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. Environment cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
